As in life occasionally things can go wrong with Jivada order. If we mess up we will always try our best to sort it out.
If we send the wrong scent you can keep the scent that was posted in error and we will also send on the missing item.
If the order does not arrive we will make 1 more attempt at re sending. Otherwise we will refund in full.
When on the very rare occasion a customer might not be happy with the incense we have sent we usually refund in full and let them keep the scents.
If the order is a large one though, they will be asked to return the incense in a state suitable for reselling before being refunded.
