This is an earthy and complex scent. It has a desert dryness. It has a woody blend with a choice touch of Aloeswood permeating the blend. There are peppery hot notes mixed in with the woody/spicy blend. It has a great balance like all of this line. The scent taken as a whole is spicy rich making this an earthy classic that has the quality to be used as a temple incense. You will not get the refinement of a Japanese Aloeswood, but you can tell Aloeswood is in there as part of the mix.
